LOL!!!! No not really, I can drive (even with fingers crossed) and still moon him at the same time. I'm talented that way-LOL

Seriously, I know I'm in the minority here.....but Luigi don't bother me none. I take his posts for what they are and nothing more. I think he shows us members how good we have it here (DV).........the crap that's put forth on other sites is crazy. But if those members buy into it...............their choice.

DV, Things do not happen coincidentally. Please believe that the 2016 Budget was passed today with majority vote according to the plan. The wheels of forward progress will end with an increase in the value of the IQD. The IMF, WB and all other pertinent agencies have made it crystal clear and agreements have been completed. It is time to fully execute the monetary reform and the CBI will do their part.

GO RV!!

 

 

Only one more day to go. Wouldn't that be grand?
