Adam went way above and beyond expectations as he made the trip to Miami to ensure proper loading of the container and the trip to Dominica to vette the best groups to properly distribute the much needed food and supplies. Those airline tickets were not cheap. Kudos to Adam!

My cousin has a not for profit called Chairbound Hunters out of Wheatland Wyoming. I plan on helping him more than ever once we have more funds.  He does take out any chairbound person, regardless of if they are a vet or not. However, most of his hunters are vets.  We were there in October helping with antelope, elk and deer. The hunters are all a great bunch.  Right now they purchase their own license, hotel room and travel expenses. My cousin would love to be able to help with any and all of that but he donates all his time and gas helping them find their animal. He was a meatcutter prior to retiring so he packages all the meat himself and most of the hunters do keep the cape so he helps them with getting it mounted.

 

His dream is to be able to have a "lodge" to have all the hunters at one location without having to pay for a hotel room and to be able to provide meals for them. He does do lunch and dinner now himself out of his own pocket.

 

Talked to so many great hunters. One had a testimony of how Chairbound Hunters saved his life. He said he came back from Iraq and was ready to kill himself. Someone got him in touch with Al and he went hunting. Changed his life. He made new friends and joined a hunting group and now has been back to Wyoming 3 times in 5 years.

 

One day, hopefully within the near future, I would love to be able to tell him to start looking for a building to convert into a lodge.

Hi,  I have been doing some research and I am getting a lot of information stating that Iraq is going to do a redenomination instead of a RV. Any truth to this rumor?

Sorry Barb, that has been an ongoing debate for several years. The truth is either option at this point in time simply remains an opinion. The Truth is no one (outside of a very few inside the government) will know until after it has happened.

 

On a more positive note, those of us who have been involved with this for years (many over 10) can tell you Iraq has overcome almost every hurdle it has needed to to move forward. Most on this site believe the Hydro Carbon Law (HCL) is the last thing of significance that needs to be approved before they move forward. (The HCL basically outlines how oil is collected and how/who gets paid for it) The VERY good news is that this law is receiving its second reading tomorrow (11/17/2015) and can be voted on and implemented almost immediately.

 

That doesn't mean everything is done yet. It could happen tomorrow, next year, any time down the road or not at all. We are however closer than we have ever been to the RI/RV taking place. 

 

...On a side note, if you are relatively new to this investment you may have heard that while the IQD is basically valued at $1 USD:1166 IQD, and it is going ti become 1:1 (or 1 IQD: $3 OR $5+) it may be far more likely to become 1 IQD:$0.01 or $0.10. In either case that is HUGE return, but many will be inconsolable if it isn't at least 1IQD:$3.
