Good morning!
 
Today's update will be brief and to the point. Yesterday we saw some of the 
best news to come out of Iraq in a LONG time!
 
I know I've been positive about the dinar for a few weeks, but now I'm actually 
EXCITED!
 
As I'm sure you're aware, we have had a Hydro Carbon Agreement for some 
time now. That's fine and dandy, but I don't believe it was possible to see an 
RV of any significance until there is a LAW on the oil agreement.
 
Maliki kept progress at bay for years, pitting the Sunnis and Shiites against 
each other, basically because he is a corrupt villain that held control of Iraq 
for far too long.
 
As of beginning of this year, Maliki was ousted and now we have Good Guy 
Abadi at the helm, and for a few months he was a rock star! We saw a flurry 
of progress...
 
... and then it all slowed down. We had nothing major to get excited about 
over summer, and we all wondered when, or if, things would ever get moving 
again.
 
Well, as of a couple weeks ago we started seeing some hints that things might 
be picking up speed again...
 
... and YESTERDAY it was announced that Parliament plans to include the HCL 
into the 2016 budget. That by itself wouldn't be too impressive - we see fluff 
from Parliament all the time. 
 
But THIS time they included verbiage that specifically states how it's going to 
work. 
 
The Kurds will honor their oil commitment, or they get their funds cut off.
 
This also means that their funds will not be cut off, provide they honor their 
agreement... and by putting it in the budget, that's almost as good as passing 
the actual Law.
 
Let me put it another way - generally these announcements are one-sided, 
and we can always expect them to go back and forth on it.
 
THIS announcement accommodates BOTH sides, and is the single most 
solid evidence that we are moving forward that I have EVER seen on the HCL!
 
I have a feeling it's going to be a VERY good time to be in VIP soon. :twothumbs:

Now my question; is it possible to place our dinar in a Roth IRA so we are taxed on the current value and not the future value? Are you aware if foreign currency qualifies for retirement accounts and if the Roth is still protected from future value taxation? Thank you.

RV-2-Day We have always heard that we need the HCL before the RV would take place.

I understand the excitement (and join in) for the HCL but as happened with the excitement of the Chapter 11 release, which turned out to be unfounded, why is this occurrence with the HCL considered different other than it is considered to be the last item.

This may have been answered but what dictates that the RV has to take place "close or right after" an HCL occurs and not at some  future date of the CBI choosing?

 

 

I don't know who was excited about Chapter 11, but I've always said 3 things need 

to happen:

 

1. Stable GOI (Done!)

2. Chapter 7 (Done!)

3. HCL (ALMOST!)

 

new york kevin I know you are not into dates and rates. I gotta ask this: do ya think this will RV/RI by 12/31/2020?
When I first bought into this speculative investment my acquaintance/ father of a friend of my son, said check it out, make your own decision, invest what you can stand to loose, and realize it may take 10 - 15 years to actually happen. If you are good with that than invest. He gave me info on Safe Dinar.
Though I bought mid-year as I recall, December 31, 2020 will still be in the 15 year range. I will get out by then if the RV does not happen. What say you?

 

 

Well, IF it doesn't happen by then, I'll answer that question at that time.

Is the link below stating that the HCL is in the budget??  If that is the case, is it possible that when the budget is passed the HCL will be implemented??  I read a recent post, which I cannot find, stating the budget was being submitted to Parliament in the near future.  I sure hope so.  Thank you and your staff for your dedication to all things dinar.

One can be mad, as we are human and care but you don't change your colors just because they don't show up for a game.

Embarrassing is being a Lions fan....  Once in awhile they have a good year.  But then reality checks back in.

I survived a lightning strike last night...Ya think it's a sign LOL?....It sure was to me...Don't stand out in the rain with a flashlight in your hand ...like the statue of Liberty..even if the power went off...the next strike might turn your power off permanently.....;):angel:  :shrug:  :backflip:

I believe my heart rate has slightly increased with this news. Although I remain cautiously optimistic.

 

I don't often allow my heart rate to increase, but when I do, I prefer an RV!!
