Xtaxguy
Feed it to pigs - they'll eat anything. And that MAKES great meat: baby back ribs!

tankdude
Just a point of interest - the term "sushi" actually refers to the rice - not the fish. Sushi is rice that has been prepared with rice wine vinegar. Rice with the fish on top (and not all the fish they use is raw) is technically called nigiri-sushi. If it's in a roll with the seaweed wrapper - its maki-sushi. I personally really like all styles. The term for raw fish served as a dish is sashimi - or sometimes "bait".
