So Is Barack Obama a Muslim or What?

“The fallacy that President Obama is a Muslim has tripped up many a politician,” said NPR’s Jessica Taylor hopefully on Friday, “and on Thursday night, GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump was its latest victim.”

 

Trump’s presumed faux pas was his failure to correct a questioner who asserted that Barack Obama was a Muslim. Taylor’s real error as a reporter, like that of all her mainstream colleagues, was to dismiss the questioner’s assertion as a “fallacy” without providing any evidence to the contrary.

 

Strange but true, reporters pride themselves on knowing nothing about Obama’s roots. Last month, for instance, Catherine Thompson of the popular progressive blog, Talking Points Memo, interviewed me about an article I had written on the subject of Republican presidential eligibility.

 

Weary of her obvious condescension, I asked her where Obama spent the first year of his life. “Indonesia?” she answered. “No,” I said, “Seattle.” I asked her to survey her colleagues on the same question. Not surprisingly, this was the one exchange she edited out of the interview.

 

Obama’s word, whether on his birth or his faith, is good enough for the center-left media. Although they have chosen to know as little as possible about Obama’s Muslim legacy, the legacy is real. “Barry was a Muslim,” his third grade teacher told the Los Angeles Times in 2007,” and he did, in fact, register in school in Indonesia as one. 

 

In his 1995 memoir, Dreams from My Father, Obama gratuitously used the Arabic “Andalusia” when referring to Spain. In September 2008, in a conversation with George Stephanopoulos set up to quell such rumors, Obama slipped up and referred to “my Muslim faith” before Stephanopoulos quickly intervened to correct him. Slip up or no, Obama found it "deeply offensive" that the Republican camp was suggesting “that perhaps I'm not who I say I am when it comes to my faith."

 

In his 2006 book Audacity of Hope, Obama presumed to establish “who I say I am.”  The very title of the book, however, gives the wary reader pause. Obama named it—misnamed it actually-- after the life-changing sermon by Jeremiah Wright, “Audacity to Hope.” In Dreams, Obama recounted the sermon approvingly and in some detail. He cited classic Wright pearls like “White folks’ greed runs a world in need” as if they actually made sense. And this, he boasted, was the sermon that set him on the road to Christianity or some self-serving approximation thereof.

 

To those paying attention, Obama’s conversion seemed as calculated as his choice of wife. Early biographer David Mendell noted that in 2004 “Obama, without fail, would mention his church and his Christian faith when he was campaigning in black churches and more socially conservative downstate Illinois communities.”

 

Yet, when Mendell tried to talk to Obama about his faith and his “ever present bible,” Obama proved “uncharacteristically short” in his responses. 

 

To be sure, Obama has claimed on many an occasion since to be a Christian. In August 2008 at Rick Warren’s Saddleback Church in California, he made the claim twice in one sentence. This profession came in response to Warren’s question on marriage.

 

“I believe marriage is the union between a man and a woman,” said Obama. “Now for me as a Christian,” and here he paused to let the applause die down, “for me as a Christian, it’s also a sacred union.” At this juncture, he pointed skyward and added, “God’s in the mix.”

 

Who could possibly have doubted so sincere a profession of faith? Obama adviser David Axelrod certainly did.  “Opposition to *** marriage was particularly strong in the black church,” Axelrod wrote of Obama in his memoir, Believer: My Forty Years in Politics, “and as he ran for higher office, he grudgingly accepted the counsel of more pragmatic folks like me, and modified his position to support civil unions rather than marriage, which he would term a ‘sacred union.’”

 

In those two words, “sacred union,” is the rub. Obama not only lied, but he also used “God” to sell the lie, a stunning bit of blasphemy in whatever faith Obama professes.

 

For Obama, lying about his faith was apparently no big deal. As he told Axelrod after stumbling through a question on same-sex marriage, “I’m just not very good at bulls––ing.”

 

One has to ask, if Obama was willing to bulls–- about his relationship with God, what was he not willing to bulls–- about? Why should anyone, for instance, believe his “for me as a Christian” line?

 

Over the years, Obama has done little to shore up his Christian credentials. In comparing ISIS to Christian Crusaders at the 2015 National Prayer Breakfast, he displayed both his ignorance of history and his instinctive contempt for Christianity. “Everything he does is against what Christians stand for,” said Mike Huckabee after the Prayer Breakfast. “And he’s against the Jews in Israel. The one group of people who can know they have his undying, unfailing support would be the Muslim community.”

 

 

Mendell’s book had one revelation about Obama’s faith that may trump all others. Obama told Mendell he was drawn to Christianity because “many of the impulses that I had carried with me and were propelling me forward were the same impulses that express themselves through the church.” In other words, Jesus thought pretty much along the same Alinskyite lines as Obama did.

 

“It’s like church in here,” actor Jamie Foxx said at the 2012 Soul Train Awards. “First of all, give an honor to God and our Lord and Savior Barack Obama.” Obama could not have said it better himself. If he really is a secret Muslim, I suspect even Allah would have to take a back pew in the Church of Obama.

While I have no love for obama, let us not forget the three that preceded him.

Bush sr openly advanced the NWO and that was why he lost 2nd election.

Clinton's actions speak for themselves, not to mention the lies he did speak, over and over.

Bush JR used Christian words, and even pretended to pray to Jesus on national television, while he had already positioned  troops for the planned invasion as a response to the murder of innocents.

Even Carter, who professed to be Christian, as he was the first POTUS to appoint standing members of the CFR to high level positions, thereby advancing plans for the demonic one world government.

 

Every single one of those guys took The Lord's Name in vain, and blasphemed Christianity. 

There is no doubt Obama is not Christian, but then, neither have any other POTUS since Reagan.

We have been under attack for a long time, while I absolutely agree with the article, I would hope we choose battles that have a potential of producing positive results.

While obama is still in the office, nothing will or can be done about that until we instigate a change in our representation.

I fear articles like this may only serve to divide.

Everyone with a brain has already realized he was a mistake, and is in fact a miserable failure.

Rubbing a past bad decision in their face may not be constructive, and might only serve to persuade some to remain defiant out of nothing more than foolish pride.

We are not going to accomplish what we need to by being divisive. 

While I will dance in the street the day all America finally admits Obama is a lying jerk, I'm resigned to wait until the day he is out of office, the RINO's and socialists defeated, and a constitutional republic finally installed.

There's just too much to get done between then and now for me to bother wasting my time insulting the very same people I need to join efforts with to take back my country...JMHO...DM

Who Could Doubt the President's Obvious Faith?

After all, what Christian would not consider the sweetest sound they have ever heard to be the muslim call to morning prayer.

The United States is being visited by Pope Francis, who is kind of a big deal in Christian circles. On the eve of that visit, some rube at a Trump rally offered the unforgivable viewpoint that the president is a Muslim. As if on cue, the Christian bona fides of President Obama were suddenly front and center, championed by every atheistic and/or secular media figure capable of reaching a camera or a microphone. This, apparently, is a significant part of their current job description. They serve and protect the president from scrutiny, and to smear and demean anyone who might express unflattering opinions based on their day to day observations. Actually exploring how such a question might arise in the first place, and whether there is any possible basis for suggesting that Barack Hussein Obama is not a Christian, is a fool’s errand.

 

How do we know President Obama is a Christian? Because he told us so, that’s how, and he never lies. Besides, there’s no way he’d say something to trick millions of people into a false sense of security, including about the faith he allegedly shares with them, while he attacks the fundamental building blocks of America, including Christian law, teachings and values.  Is there? Of course not, don’t be silly.

 

Why, this is the president who told us that he believes marriage is between one man and one woman. How could anyone doubt his sincerity, especially after so many public declarations of his faith? He promised us just as certainly that he did not support *** marriage. He must have told us two dozen times, very publicly and persuasively, that if you liked your doctor, you could keep your doctor. And that there wouldn’t be any infringement of Christians’ religious principles and practices imposed upon them by the Affordable Care Act. So America, get a grip. He isn’t one of these anti-Christian haters who sics his attack dogs on people of faith, forcing them into court where he intends to have their religious rights vaporized before their very eyes, assuming the case lands in front of an ever-increasing number of secularized, anti-First Amendment liberal judges. He’d never do that because he’s a Christian, too.

 

In fact, he’s just as Christian as the rest of his party. I recall watching the 2012 Democratic National Convention when they went out of their way to discuss God, and His place in their platform. And the way they talk about evangelicals, and those who still attend church. Such passion! Why, I recall that the Mayor of Houston was so consumed by Christianity that she sought the text of all the sermons being delivered in Houston’s churches for some period, so she could read them in advance. Wow, you can’t find that sort of investment in Christianity anywhere other than the left.

 

Just as certainly, there is no way that this president would appropriate Christian principles to manipulate the opinions and actions of Christians concerning government usurpation of power over the individual. For instance, he would never twist teachings directed to saving an individual’s soul into proclamations meant to confuse Christian charity with the government’s misuse of public funds to advance an agenda. We all know that governments have souls, too, right? No misdirection here, folks, move along.

 

Yes indeed, Barack Hussein Obama is all Christian, because he says so. Only if you were a “radical” would you question what appears to be a predominant tendency to engage in ceaseless fraud and deception, not purely Christian values, while furthering a vision of the United States in which the term “freedom to worship” has been urged to replace “freedom of religion.”  Similarly, only a nut would question the president’s Christian chops by pointing to his inclination to associate with Marxists in high school, college and law school. It’s probably just a coincidence that societies built on Marxism and Communism are atheistic, and at some point before assuming full power must crush organized religion in order to ensure that the all-powerful government has a dearth of competitors for the hopes or needs of its servants. 

 

Likewise, it’s probably simple bad timing that we have witnessed for almost seven years the president’s increasing tendency, and that of his party, to bring the power of government to bear on those who foolishly believe that their right to freely practice their religion extends to public life, including within any organization affiliated with government. Thus, we cannot hold the president accountable for the overtly anti-Christian policies which have been implemented among the branches of the military, for instance, over whom the president is commander in chief.  It’s not as if these are the president’s beliefs and preferences that are being brought to fruition by his surrogates and appointees within the executive branch, right? We know that if he got word of that, he’s put a stop to it right away as a fellow Christian who cherishes his shared religious freedom.

 

Why, only a kook could think that there’s apparent hostility shown by the president’s administration toward people of the Christian faith, where such old-fashioned themes as patriotism, national pride, traditional marriage, gun ownership, and American Exceptionalism still reside. Or in the president’s unusually frequent granting of preferential treatment to those of faiths other than Christianity and Judaism. I’ve noticed that Christians, who are being massacred for their faith in Syria and surrounding lands are pleading for refugee status in the United States, while Muslims who merely want to come in may do so in the tens of thousands, but that’s probably not fair to the president.  He probably doesn’t know about all those fellow Christians being murdered, mutilated, and dismembered, because he skips so many daily security briefings. 

 

He’s also probably unaware of the extent to which the massive influx of such migrants, who bring their culture with them, affects the non-Muslim communities into which the government implants them. He probably is unaware of what’s going on in that regard in Europe, where communities, populated primarily by Christians, have been entirely destroyed by such forced assimilation. If you’re a curious sort, look up “Rotherham child sex abuse scandal.”  Or the one in Birmingham. Or Rochdale. Or consider the stories presently in the news about American military personnel being forced to keep quiet about brutal child rape encounters happening on American bases because to object would offend the abusers’ “culture.”  Still, a Christian can simply overlook such things because we are warned that it’s not “Christian” to judge others, so I think the president and his people are probably just fine.

 

When in doubt, simply remember this: “Beware the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits.”  Matthew 7:15-16.  It tells you all you need to know to identify Christians like the president and his protectors.

You can also look at those around him and who support him.  Remember, a Muslim cannot be friends with a Christian or Jew.  It is totally forbidden.  Louis Farrakhan called Obama the messiah.  Valerie Jarrett is a stout muslim and has a picture of her with Obama and Farrakhan.  You can see how Obama protects anything to do with islam.  I denies that radical islam exist and that it has anything to do with islam.  Yet Obama had to be pushed into doing anything about the Christians who were being slaughtered by ISIS and radical islam.  This man has lied to the American people from day one.  He has done everything he could to destroy our nation.  He is planning on bring thousands of 'refugees' into this country which are basically nothing more than radicals under cover.  He is planning on bringing in his private muslim army which he stated he wanted a private army from the beginning.  THIS MAN IS OUR HITLER.
