I bet it has something to do with Malaki ! You can bet if special forces has secured the CBI and confiscated it's records , they are looking into all of the transactions.

Adabi did open the Shabibi file himself just a couple weeks ago

We are uniquely banks and the names of the people involved the theft of the Iraqi Central Bank

well  if  they did  take control ,  we can bet  it  will hold off any  rise in value ,   soldiers  move in under orders  , and   the  order givers  will surly hold up any  movement until  what ever reason for the  take over  is  looked into ,     months  I can guess  just  too figure  out  who gave the order

very good.  this is the anti-money laundering in full effect.  abadi intends to drive out corruption from every corner of iraq.  the gist of it all is this - iraq need foreign investors to enter this country in order to get the economy to rise and the currency to appreciate.  foreign investors are not coming where corruption is rampant, they want assurances and controls in place.

"As oil exports increase and more funds are invested in Iraqi goods and services from outside the countryit is expected that the new Iraqi Dinar will appreciate in value over the long-term. " - Hugh Tant  Read more: http://dinarvets.com/forums/index.php?/topic/208111-lest-we-forget/#ixzz3lT4nO2gN

From what I have been reading related to all the various news articles coming out  over the last two months

it really does seem like they want to fix the money problem for the citizens  and are cleaning house of all the corruption and counterfit   money

that is out there . this alone is not a easy task but it seems like they are getting it done.
