He said in the first official declaration of his refusal to undergo judicial accountability that "no value" to the report of the commission of inquiry in the fall of the city of Mosul, however, the terrorist organization in response to the referral of Parliament Committee's report carried by others and responsibility, to justice.

Maliki said in comments carried by the official pages on social networking sites Tuesday's remarks "do not value the result that emerged from the parliamentary commission of inquiry about the fall of Mosul," adding that the committee "dominated by political differences and out of objectivity."

The investigation into the causes of the fall of Mosul, a former recent popular protests that came out to demand accountability of corrupt officials, but the protests have contributed significantly to accelerate the release of the report and turn it to the judiciary.

The sources added that "the declaration of the Dawa Party, which is led by al-Maliki on his participation in an international conference to be held in the household Tehran is to camouflage his escape from Iraq for fear of prosecution on charges related to suspicions of corruption linked to him during his government over eight years."

And Astdlt sources that al-Maliki travel to Tehran is tantamount to escape the names of some close associates who accompanied al-Maliki on the trip and who did not know about them, especially Srah any cultural or intellectual activity qualifies them to participate in the Ahl al-Bayt conference in Iran.

Among those close to Hussein and Yasser al-Maliki MPs in the Iraqi parliament and the prime minister head start defectors and other personalities.

Maliki said that "what happened in Mosul was a conspiracy was planned in Ankara and then the plot moved to Arbil," the capital of the Kurdistan region in northern Iraq, in a clear indictment of Massoud Barzani, who was one of the most prominent, who demanded not to renewal of the owners for a third term as prime minister and later, in support of the efforts that resulted in his removal from office.

As it is not reading the report in parliament on Monday session, contrary to what was promised by the President of the Council Sunday.

The organization of the Islamic state to launch on the ninth of June 2014 a major offensive on the connector, and fully controlled by the next day.He continued his attack for the organization in control of large areas of the north and west.

It collapsed and many of the pieces of the army and police in the face of the attack, and officers and soldiers withdrew from their positions, leaving the heavy weapons of the jihadists.

And it accuses many Maliki's opponents following the marginalization and exclusion of the right year policy when he was head of government and commander in chief of the armed forces, and analysts say it is easy to control the organization on mostly areas with a Sunni majority, for reasons of domestic political Besraath power while he was ready he and his party to contest the crucial parliamentary elections sought through which to ensure a new mandate did not complemented by having forced him internal, regional and international pressure to step down from his position at the head of the government for the benefit of the current successor Haider al-Abadi, who declared a war on corruption affected Maliki himself.

As his opponents accuse him of exercise broad influence in the army and security forces, in particular through the "Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces Office," and he appointed officers based on political loyalty to him rather than efficiency.

I like how Iran is trying to impose it's will on Iraq. "Don't prosecute Maliki or else!" This is why a) Maliki needs to stay gone, and B) America needs a real leader in the White House, and a real man in the State Department, not some apologizing horse-faced flunky.

this is what i figured would happen.  i don't believe abadi really wants to execute maliki although, according to the posture of his new reform program, he must hold him accountable in front of the people.  therefore maliki was allowed to leave the country BEFORE allegations against him were validated.  maliki will be given asylum in tehran and there will be this staged standoff between the two governments over the maliki.  but this deal was already orchestrated prior.  maliki was never going to hang for what he did, not as long as he had friends in high places and east of the iraqi border.

if nothing else, at least he will be forever out of iraqi politics.  he can continue on living and enjoying the billions he stole.  i guess in some ways others may account his life as successful.

Maliki accusing Barzani of corruption and responsibility for the fall of Mosul that's rich. Deflect your blame on the one man and people group that has successfully battled ISIS and your efforts to be installed as head of the new califate of Iraq. See how hw wines after getting smacked down by the person(s) you were bullying and undermining a little while ago. Wussie! Running to big brother to fight for you after you pissed off the whole entire football team.

Beware if he ever returns to Iraq. Prepare for multiple contingencies GOI! Prepare. Oh yeah, seize everything he has now. Everything.

If he stays in Iran can the international court still arrest him there? There are enough charges against him that he hopefully will be brought to justice in international court as it seems the Iraqi judicial system are afraid to do anything about him. Even tho he stays in Iran he still has followers who will do his bidding to disrupt Abadi's intentions.. and was there any further articles about him moving out of the palace? Maybe someone has noticed moving trucks from his house to Tehran...

I just hope that Abadi and his GOI will not buckle to the threats of Tehran's thug . Abadi should have enough on Kameinei and crew to blackmail them to stay out of Iraqi internal affairs. it would be a shame if such info should fall into the hands of the CIA or MI 5. Leave us (GOI) alone, return your bully to Iran. and pull back your troops, and proxy troops, to your borders or I will declare that you have invaded Iraq under the guise of aid in the fight against ISIS and I will activate the status of forces agreement we have with the U.S. You know you cannot beat the U.S.

Let them keep Maliki. By his act of running scared to Iran and asking them to threaten Abadi and the GOI, he has as much admitted to the charges against him. Let him keep $10 million U.S. even. Then try and convict him in absentia, with the penalty of death should he ever step foot inside Iraq again, even for a funeral! Put all co-conspirators on trial and convict them. Seizing any and all fruits from the poison tree. And wherever Maliki has smuggled money to, worldwide, seize that as well.

abadi had to let him go.  he can't afford an internal war right now with all of the reforms taking place.  maliki holds a lot of influence in iraq and to go to war with him right now would not be wise.  so they allowed him out of the country and will let the judicial process do what it do.  but to go arrest him and drag him back for the gallows and such is for another day, not today.  i know many here wanted to see M brought to justice.  imho though it will be a long wait to see it.  there isn't a force on earth powerful enough to convince iran to surrender their boy.
