My Arabish must be improving, or I'm seeing things not really there.  :shrug: but......

I started to pass this up, but then it hit me,

What if some of the rumors were true and most of the," broken laws", were passed

but not implemented or known for that matter. Laws like the Federal counsel, HCL,

Tariffs and so on.

What if this second package of reforms is Abadi ordering the implementation of all broken

laws, now that he's got the,"Obstacles", out of the way.

translation. "For the purpose of implementing the reforms professionally, taking serious actions to achieve IMMEDIATE results in the economy and with respect

to it's citizenry and the future of the country. We can not rely on the people and procedures that were previously used which only achieved results on paper.

We do  our  duty to contribute to the legitimate change for the Nation of Iraq". }

" Let us depart from the recent bloody events of Iraq and remember the great history of our civilization and how Iraq has left a large footprint.

let us complete the change".}

Asuez.ndao expansion, Mr. Prime Minister to invite expertise and organizations discreet to involve them in the implementation of reforms that can not be achieved

{LGD comment. This one is the easiest."As Prime Minister I invite the expertise of everyone to get involved in the implementations of the reforms.

Such reforms can not be achieved without the comprehensive national campaign of every Iraqi citizen and farm and business institution".

This is not going to be a small event people.}

That would be nice. A lot nicer than the "Official" lopster notice that also came out today stating (if true) 1,000,000 would be worth $3,000  . I still hold onto the CBI's prior statements that their goal is to reduce the note count down to the amount of circulating notes that were in the market around the time of Saddam, and then getting to 1 to 1, and after that getting it to the goal of 3 - 1.
