BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Commission on oil and energy parliamentary announced that it will meet next Tuesday with ministers of oil, electricity and finance to discuss the energy crisis in the country, pointing out that the meeting will include discussion of the electricity sector and the dispute oil between Baghdad and Erbil.

The House of Representatives has hosted on Saturday, Minister of Electricity Qassim Fahdawi to discuss the power crisis in the central and southern governorates, the minister attributed the crisis to lack of fuel and the financial allocations.

The federal government put 166 billion and 771 million dinars counterbalance the month of June 2015 on the Kurdistan Regional bank account. 
A spokesman for the Ministry of Finance in the provincial government Ahmed Abdel Rahman said in a statement for PUKmedia , said on Sunday that Baghdad so far, that money is not sent to the region, but the wait soon The reach of such funds to the province of Kurdistan.special PUKmedia

With the Liquidity issue, it seems both parties are pretty much on the same page...IMO..and GM DV...

It sure does look like it's finally coming together.  Baghdad paid the Kurds $166 M yesterday (they kept that part of the deal, although, it was supposed to be $300 M) so let's keep the ball rolling!!

There is a lot of mis-information going around because 3-days ago, they released news that the oil agreement had reached a dead-end...http://dinarvets.com/forums/index.php?/topic/205789-parliamentary-energy-oil-agreement-between-arbil-and-baghdad-reached-a-dead-end/

 

Now, all of sudden, they are looking for an agreement tomorrow.   Seems to me that they have to get something done to move forward!
