Thanks Cherry...Had to do it...Nothing personnel...It's just me......Bra, wished they'd said something about the Dead-line for Art. 8....Iraq and the international world know that the private sector are the backbone for the future of Iraq....................To be personnel about the entire situation...The next generation is where Iraq's future lies....We're just privileged to be apart of it....

Article 8 could be right around the corner Skeet, just need to get that 2% variance within the exchange rate for a total of 90 days from my understanding, then Iraq goes international with the currency. You and I see eye to eye on the Article 8 importance but the indicator would be within the exchange rate for that to even be a possibility. The amount of notes is circulation needs to come down, why the new categories are important, they said from 4 billion notes down to 1.8 billion notes, thats all these new notes are for. Goal is 1 billion notes. I can see why they think it will add value if they maintain the total value.

Also with them knowing now that they need to de-centralize and have an open economy, it does seem they have a plan this time, for once.
