He stressed former US Defense Secretary Robert Gates on Saturday, the importance of increasing the speed of the United States military aid to Iraq , saying that the situation is very difficult.

Gates said in an interview with the transfer site "NPR" American and I followed Alsumaria News, "The American president was following the correct strategy in respect calling for political change in Iraq before we do something more to help them to get rid of former Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and bring someone he was willing to be less sectarian, although the new prime minister Haidar al-Abbadi faces challenges that surround it, "explaining that" the President was right in saying that the primary forces must be on the ground of Arabs, Kurds, not America or the West. "

Gates added that "the speed of military aid needs to increase as well as change the rules of engagement for the benefit of our troops," adding that "the situation is frankly very difficult to organize and allow Daash control of the power means that our soldiers have given their lives for nothing."

The US Department of Defense, "Pentagon", confirmed on Friday that Washington would hand over Iraq next week, 2,000 pieces of light weapons and anti-tank, it showed that these weapons will help Iraq in the fight against armored cars and bombs used by the organization "Daash".
