It announced the Kurdistan region's parliament, on Monday, authentication presidency of the province on the Law of the Kurdistan fund oil and gas revenues after approval in Parliament.

He said the regional parliament, in a statement received (range Press), a copy of it, that "the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani ratified the Law of the Kurdistan fund oil and gas revenues (2) for the year 2015 after the approval of the Kurdish Parliament in its sixth".

The statement added, "The law has been directed to the presidency of the province by the Parliament on 01.04.2015 in order to ratify it."

The statement said, "The presidency of the province ratified the Kurdistan Fund Act, according to Resolution No. (8) issued by the presidency of the province on (April 30, 2015).

It consists of oil and gas fund law in the province of (16) material to regulate oil and gas revenues in the Kurdistan region and the applicable provisions of the law on the financial revenues obtained directly and indirectly to the Kurdistan region.

The Kurdish Parliament, poverty, in the (first of April 2015), a project of oil and gas revenues law in the province, and the formation of a private thereby body shall have the task of documenting and auditing oil and gas revenues in the province powers, noting that the law provides for the allocation of two dollars per barrel .

 It is said that the Fund has no relationship to the Convention on the oil between Arbil and Baghdad and that he would not be a factor to address the economic crisis experienced by the province and the Ministry of Finance will be funded from the Fund.
