He said Haider told / information /, "The Iraqi state is rich and has a lot of financial reserves as well as a lot of the natural sources of wealth, especially since oil imports have increased in recent times." He added that "the state treasury is empty and these statements comes as part of a malicious allegations against the Iraqi government."
