BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The Iraqi Federal Court will approve the country’s parliamentary election results within the coming two days, Kurdish Lawmaker Mohsin al-Saadoon said on Sunday.

“The Court has a commitment to the constitution to approve the results within the coming two days,” al-Saadoon told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

He noted that approving the election results by the Federal Court will push on political blocs to form the new government within a defined time frame.

No kidding. It makes me wonder if this guy really knows this for a fact, or is he just hoping. He is a lawmaker, not a court spokesperson.
