BREAKING: Massive Criminal Complaint Filed Against Hillarious… Here Are the Charges [DOCUMENT]

 

 

Hillarious Clinton is back in the headlines, this time for her looming presidential campaign. On Thursday, a conservative watchdog group filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission asking that it investigate whether she broke election laws by conducting campaign activities before announcing her candidacy.

 

In its complaint, The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust emphasized that Clinton and her campaign Ready for Hillarious may have broken federal law by not disclosing contributions while acting as a candidate.

 

Though the FEC has regulations against campaigning prior to officially declaring candidacy, it allows potential candidates a window of time to “test the waters.”

 

But FACT stated that Clinton’s activities extended far beyond what this preliminary period allows, namely the hiring of at least six staff members to launch her campaign.

 

In light of news reports stating that Clinton was investigating potential sites for campaign headquarters and hiring staff, the FACT complaint called on the FEC to “conduct an immediate and thorough investigation” to determine the legality of her actions.

The punishment for violating such laws is severe. For example, if campaign laws are knowingly violated and more than $25,000 in funds is received or generated, the persons involved could be imprisoned for up to five years.

Although the threshold is high for the FEC to examine whether someone has violated campaign laws, former U.S. Attorney and FACT’s director, Matthew Whitaker, stated the law is clear.

 

To ensure public transparency, the FEC must enforce its own laws. Whitaker emphasized that looking for a campaign office, approving budgets and hiring staff are all hallmarks of a campaign, crossing the line from “testing the waters” to official campaigning.

 

In light of this, Whitaker called on the FEC “to do their job” and investigate Clinton.

 

Requests for comment from a Clinton spokesman were not immediately returned (H/T Washington Free Beacon).

 

The evidence against Hillarious is clear: she knowingly violated federal campaign laws and tried to skirt around the American justice system. If she is conducting herself like this prior to being elected, how can the American people trust she will follow the rule of law while if elected to office?

Now if only the Republican machine can get this narrative out into the publics eye via the internet, media, and print media we could all but cross her off the list. It seems that all Dems and many Republicans think this way. Thus, I believe that Gov. Scott Walker has the best recent history of doing what is right for the people he governs and  against the popular perspective of a myirad of entrenched machines out there.

This is about her legacy and her husband's legacy. She will say whatever she needs to become president. She doesn't actually want to to do the work. No. She just wants the title. Hitlary then will take this country further down the rabbit hole following Bummer's lead and proclaim herself Queen and rule via EO. The mess these two have caused and will continue to cause will take decades if not centuries to undo.
