No its not chem weapons, it really is a little fly that is in Iraq that we called Sandflys that if they get in your BDUs and bite your lower leg they leave a parasitic larva in you. We used duct tape and permethrin to keep them away as mush as possible. Their nasty little bast#$@s !!!
