deniscanada
Its targeted advertising by the cookies left on your computer from visiting web sites. You can use a FREE program called CCleaner. (be aware that this program will also delete saved passwords.) make sure you have your passwords memorized or written down somewhere before you run it. This is the website https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download Directions on how to use it, click on Analyze, then click on Clean. Don't down load this program from any other sites this is the manufactures web site and its safe. I have been a computer tech for 22 years I use this program for my computer and all of my clients, its works well. And the best part its FREE THug thats funny Edited March 20, 2015 by deniscanada

new york kevin
Sign into DV. Then clear history and or delete all cookies at the end of your computer time. This may slow the ads from migrating so to speak.Love to all the Mods out there. Edited March 20, 2015 by Markinsa Please see Forum Rules
mrparrot
If you set up CC properly, it will not delete your passwords. I've been using it for YEARS, all the way back to the days when it was originally named CrapCleaner. One thing that you do need to do before running it is to create a folder on your desktop and name it CCRegBkUp. When you use the registry cleaning option, use that folder for storing the registry change back ups, just in case you need to restore it. Wise Disk Cleaner and Wise Registry Cleaner are also two very good programs to run. Malware Bytes is very good for checking for and cleaning off maleware, adware, spyware, and other "bad"ware. Almost forgot. Firefox with the Adblock Plus add on works great for killing ads. I've got cookies on my computer right now. Don't see a single ad here. Ghostery in an add on that stops tracking bugs. And NoScript prevents Java from running on every site you land on, just the ones that you want it to run on.
