High-level Kurdish delegation to visit Baghdad today

 Tuesday's visit to Baghdad for further talks on outstanding issues between the center and the Kurdistan region. 
According to a Kurdish source said, "The Kurdish delegation high-level visit today Baghdad, to complete the negotiations on outstanding issues with the government of the center and the most important of which the conditions of the Peshmerga and exports of oil and receivables finance for the region." . The Kurdish delegation had visited Baghdad in half of the month of February, led by Barzani to complete the discussion of the outstanding issues between the center and the region. 
The Council of Ministers has approved in {2 from last December 2014} on the oil agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, which provides the delivery of the Kurdistan region of at least 250 thousand barrels of oil a day to the federal government; for the purpose of export.
