Conference to activate the partnership between the public and private sectors 3/12/2015 0:00 BAGHDAD - Alaa al-Tai kicks off next Saturday acts Intergovernmental Conference to discuss the executive procedures for the initiative to activate the partnership between the public and private sectors, in order to proceed with the implementation of the strategy recently launched by the government to support the economic reality in the country. He said the economic advisor to the Prime Minister, Dr. appearance of Mohammed Saleh said in a statement for "morning" government preparations for the conference and the announcement of the mechanism of activation of the national strategy to support the private sector next Saturday is completed, pointing to the presence of representatives from the public and private sectors at the conference to discuss and develop a vision consistent with the plans and mechanisms included in the strategy. Saleh said, "The government embarked on taking executive actions recommended their strategy and began concrete steps will be translated at the conference, which will include all the relevant authorities to implement the national strategy for the development of the private sector. " He said economic adviser, said that "the conference will see the launch of the recommendations and executive measures to activate the strategy according to plans and mechanisms included, as well as the launch of the mechanics of restructuring private sector companies. " The government has launched an initiative and strategy to support the private sector, and is currently based in unannounced to be acted upon until 2030 for the development of this important economic sector, and in three phases. " And Saleh, said that "the basic lines of the strategy, include improving the business environment and make it suitable and the private sector to create windows where his privileges, and work to guide the sector to be active in various production and service areas, agriculture, industry and tourism. The ministry added, "it was a joint meeting between the Ministry of Oil and Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Iraq to address these consequences and its negative effects on crude oil production rates in these fields, and emerged from the meeting, to agree on the launch of treasury bonds worth 12 billion dollars." The ministry noted that "the launch of treasury bonds was based on Article 34 of the federal budget for the 2015 law, the first batch of which will be launched end of March this month that the launch of the other payments continue to turn."
