Artitech
Just asked this question and it disappeared. Try again. Might have done something wrong. Could "Delete the zeroes" mean just taking them out of circulation as they come in? That, combined with the printing of new notes may explain why it "May take years" to do. Anyone have an answer or other comments? I think they are talking about the zero's in the value of the money now. If they remove the three zero's it makes the value .86! its my understanding they are not talking about the fiscal money its self. I may be wrong, thats the way I understand it. hope that helps. When people bring the large bills they phase them out and put the new money in circulation, that may take years who knows.
