Still Do Not Have VIP

1978parker - well, not sure why you haven't received an answer, other than perhaps its your internet provider that is blocking any response.  

 

What provider are you using?   Have you checked out the "whitelist" instructions that are in Adam's signature on every post that he makes?    Let me find the link.   

 

 

Ok, here's the link to Adam's instructions.    Then, I would send another email to Julie at VIP@dinarvets.com and hopefully her answer will come thru to you.

No I don't have any problems receiving emails from Adam.  I have sent a direct email to VIP@DinarVets and like in my original post they have created a ticket.  That was a few days ago.  As of this post I am still not able to access VIP.  I know even before I tried with all the ads that are showing up.


I also check my SPAM every day for anything.  Forgot to mention that in last post.  Thanks

I did that but will try again.  This has been very frustrating.  Thanks for your reply though....

 

Most likely the problem is your yahoo.com email account. Almost everyone that has trouble receiving or sending emails to VIP@dinarvets.com is using yahoo.com for their email service. I would suggest you open a gmail.com account to avoid the problems.

I bought a 5-month VIP a week ago and still don't have it.  I've sent an email and it generated a ticket but still no response.  Is everybody on vacation?????????????

 

This is a strange situation... I am pretty sure I see your order, and your ticket, but your dinarsupport.com account doesn't have any email info on it.

 

Would it be possible for you to login to your dinarsupport.com account and edit your profile? I'll check back on this tomorrow.

Me, too. I was charged on 2/12. I sent an email on 2/16 and again tonight, still no response. I understand things get backed up, but just want to make sure that I can either get back in to VIP or get my money refunded. Thanks:)

Adam, yes I agree this is a strange situation.  I keep getting emails on both my accounts but still do not have VIP.  I do have Windows XP which I am leary about security so I try to take precautions regarding this.  I usually do not purchase anything except from work where we have a pretty good computer system protection.  As of this post I still do not have VIP.  I replied from my email accounts to you when you asked me to list them.  Unfortunately the first email I inadvertantly hit an "l" after one of the emails.  Didn't notice it until it was too late so I immediately sent another email explaining what I had done.  I am begining to get a little paranoid here.  lol     WHEW!!!!  All I ask is that my VIP be renewed on the date I actually get access to it...  Below is a copy of the email that said it came from you.....

Adam (or whoever sees this),

 

I FINALLY went into and updated my account in the Dinar support section.  Sorry, in your email I thought you meant my profile on DinarVets.  My bad... :blush:   For some reason it didn't show what state I was in :shrug: and didn't have my phone number.  Hopefully now I can get my VIP back.  :backflip: Please renew for the date I am back in there.  Thanks for your help and anyone else that helps. :)
