My friend just did her taxes and the penalty for no insurance came out of her refund. What ticks me off is her annual salary puts her in the poverty category and she cannot afford insurance even with "help" on the rate. She is not a govt bloodsucker and won't take food stamps etc. I worry that she'll end up in bigger trouble by the end of this year 2015 becuz of o-care. What, IMO, a boatload of c_ap.
