ahhhh   ya  ya          I am sorry ,,,  but   this  seems  a bit   off  ,  they are giving soft loans ,  o.k.  I get  the  earlier stuff with  the  q-card  deal ,,,,{  I do believe that  the Q-card was set up too help fund  the poor who did not have any support as  the case of family member  getting killed , or died  during  the war era .  }   now  over  the past few years  we have seen millions  and billions  supposedly giving to the same cause  ,   but  with in last  few months  , we see  malarkey and his crooks taken the  cash instead by means other  than what it was meant for  .....   o.k.  now here we are again ,   giving money away with out  a safety  repayment plan ?  ...............      and lets take all of this  in ,   how much cash will they need too give  in this manner to prop up  the inner  Iraq ?   seems  like  billions  of  dinar  in  currency  and  digital money ,  how can  they put an increase  with this floating around ?     now  I am not  kicking  the new government  down  MAN  abidi  has really  brought  this out of the shadow of  criminal goings on ........   I just get  a little  bum-fuzzeled  at  what will happen  next  ............  thanks  folks  the  jeep

brady  bear  I think  they are trying  too  give  support too the  infra structure  through , the  poor  folks  who had  too suffer  through  isis  crap .....  that is what it sounds like too me ....  but   they still are giving  money away ,  to try too get  banking  rolling  again ?  a lot of   ??? for  this post  for  sure
