This could be one of many talks these two will be conducting so don't get your hopes built up much for a sudden HCL  today.  JMO    All the dotting of the i's and crossing of the t's still need to be done but our hopes stay high even though their ways of doing business are not that much different than ours.

Kurdistan Regional Government said, on Sunday, the Iraqi federal government did not have enough money to send in January and February monthly payments from the current year's dues province.
