It's the same clerics that maliki had as abadi has

The Sunnis have their clerics that tell them what to do

Nothing has changed except the puppets in the show

This sounds like it's got Maliki's name all over it, he will do anything to bring down Albadi's new government and try to save himself or try to get the PM position back no matter how many people die.

I saw this tactic in a movie once. They kill a group of people but they beat one of them up and let him live so he can go back and tell everyone what he saw. To verify the claim. This guy saw a bunch of guys in IA uniforms killing his fellow Sunnis he has absolutely no idea who they were all he saw were the uniforms. Everyone assumes they were Iraqi Army ie. Shiites and everyone just assumes they were. Most likely Isis trying to cause dissension among the ranks. I would say they have the most to gain. But if not them who does have the most to gain? That's where you will find the perpetrator. JMO
