Texas Islamic Tribunal Already in Trouble with Law Over False Claim

The Islamic Tribunal, set up in North Texas to hear cases under Sharia law for followers of Islam, has hit a bump in the road. On their website, through an image captured by Lawrence Jones, the four individuals named to the tribunal were listed as "attorneys" even though not all of them had law degrees.

As Lawrence Jones told Dana Loesch on her television program Tuesday, "You cannot say that you're an attorney in the United States of America, and you have no documentation – especially in Texas

Jones filed a complaint with the Texas Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, which is appointed by the Supreme Court of Texas and charged with preventing the unauthorized practice of law.

As of Wednesday, the site appears to have removed the word "attorneys."Jones said, "I called the state and I called the chair, I actually spoke with him today. He made it very clear that they had received my complaint. We were one of the first to actually get that complaint in. And there is a large group of people that are bringing this same concern."

Tribunal2-620x550.png

Jones, one of the only reporters allowed inside the "Stand with the Prophet" event in late January, had concerns that this tribunal would "follow in the footsteps of some in Europe and begin wading into criminal matters," even though the tribunal has declared their intent to deal solely with civil matters.

Now the site indicates these individuals are "judges." They certainly are not "judges" in any sense of the word as is commonly known through the US judicial system.

The question every American citizen should be asking is, "Why was this allowed to be started in the first place?"

Every state has civil laws along with criminal laws. These laws are based on the United States Constitution and the respective states' constitution. As a nation that exists on one of the founding principles that "all men are created equal," our laws are written to uphold that principle meaning everyone is equal when it comes to the law regardless of religion, gender, socio-economic status, nationality or creed. Our foundation was such that no man could be disparaged against or favored because of conflicting tenets that might be found in differing cultures.

From the teachings of Mohammed, the testimony of a woman is worth half of one man. So, in civil matters this "tribunal" seeks to oversee in subversion of our civil laws, a woman testifying against a man has very little weight. By allowing this tribunal, North Texas has taken a stand to say that a woman, who is Muslim, is by virtue of religion a second-class citizen non-deserving of the equal protection of the laws of the state and the federal government. Let's not forget that non-Muslims are even lower than women in Islamic Shariah.

Islamic Shariah law is skewed in favor of the male members of Islam. Not only are women at a disadvantage, but female children are as well. In civil matters such as divorce, child custody, personal injury, negligence, and property disputes along with a host of other civil matters, women have the deck stacked against them under Shariah. Non-Muslims are disparaged as well under their law.

These Muslim "men" are only seeking to keep their perceived superiority. It is offensive to them that a woman, or any non-Muslim, would hold the same standing under the law as a Muslim man. The only way to subvert the "equality under the law" here in the United States is to convince or coerce the politically correct imbeciles in government positions to sanction a "tribunal" for civil matters based on Islamic Shariah law. By doing this, these government idiots allow inequality to exist because of a tenet of religion thereby going against the very foundation of our founding.
Wonder how long it will take the atheists to hop up and say they need a special "tribunal" to hear their civil matters? Better yet, what about the LGBT community? Maybe the secular humanists would like to weigh in with their own "tribunals" since the Supreme Court declared that group to actually be a religion. And, of course, we can't leave out the "religion" of the environmentalists, Satanists, pagans and any host of others who have formed false religions. Where does this all stop once one pseudo-religion is allowed a "special tribunal" for "their" civil matters? And, now that this has been allowed to take hold. How long before this one little tribunal in Texas seeks to insert its influence into criminal matters?

If that is allowed, it won't be long before it hits the "mainstream" justice system, affecting every individual in this country. While this may sound farfetched, look at the political correct liberal appeasing judges that already sit on the bench.

What happens when a civil dispute arises between a Muslim and a non-Muslim? Does the Muslim "tribunal" have jurisdiction or does the dispute go to the US judicial system? Could not the Muslim demand to have his case heard under the tribunal since one is in existence in North Texas? After all, the Muslim could assert the US judicial system has no authority in his dispute as he is a Muslim, even when it is against a non-Muslim.

Now that this tribunal exists, – yes, let's go there – are we about to witness "Shariah Zones" pop up in the great State of Texas? You can bet your sweet bippy that once an inch is given, the taking of the mile is coming. After all, Muslims may assert that they cannot live under two conflicting judicial systems.

A host of problems are sure to follow in North Texas and the rest of the US with this "tribunal" establishment. Practitioners of Islam cannot serve two masters. They cannot live in a country like the United States and follow its laws as Islam has its own set of civil and criminal laws. It is an egregious totalitarian political judicial system that hides itself under the cover of religion. These followers of a pedophilic, war-mongering mad man seek not to assimilate but to conquer all people and rule them under barbaric principles steeped in bigotry, misogyny, hate and vile evil.

Interesting that these idolaters chose the great State of Texas to gain a foothold for their "tribunal."

This is what comes of a country when part of the population buys into "multiculturalism" and those who bought the fodder are placed in positions of power. How many countries in Europe are we witness to the "joy of multiculturalism?" Native populations are suffering at the hands of those who will not assimilate – mainly Muslims.

Here's a good suggestion for Muslims who want to follow and abide by Shariah law – US citizen or not - move to a country that practices it as you are free to do so. If you don't want to do that, sit down, shut up and abide by the laws of this nation and the state in which you live. Everyone else does.

I don't follow them or their laws and if any of them ever put their hands on me and tried to arrest me for any reason I would concider this a self defense case and use what ever means necessary to protect myself from them as I woukd any criminal

They are not the law in this country so it's a pretend game like wearing a police uniform when your not a cop

Or wearing a military uniform when your not in the military

I almost feel like camping out near this place just to violate the shiria laws

And wait for them to try something

But like I said

I " almost " feel like doing that

Some day I may actually feel like doing it and do it

Not much they can do with their kangaroo courts

They best watch their step

This is the United states and their is no autonomous areas within our borders

Nor is there going to be

We live under rule of law

Our law

Places where people are free to do as they please even though they got no business being here

You don't need to have Id

You could be a dam terrorist

Obama's Sanctuary Cities Strain Govt Resources

http://www.newsmax.com/t/newsmax/article/379052

Saddam gave the terrorusts safe haven in northern Iraq as they fled the invasion of afganistan after 911

It wasn't an embassy

They created terrorist training camps in northern iraq as he turned a blind eye that they were there

Kinda like the democrats do in their cities with the illegal aliens

People can be from anywhere and have no problems in those designated areas in the United states that are created and protected by the democrats in America casting their votes to vote these domestic enemy's of the state into office so they can perpetrate these crimes

These criminals in the democrat party need to be in jail awaiting their trials for treason

They take an oath uphold the constitution of the United states

They violated that oath

They violated a public trust and should be held accountable

These people mentioned above feed off these types of regulations like these sanctuary cities

These people who are pushing for shiria law are not voting for republicans

They vote most likely illegally with no ID required in these sanctuary city's for the same people who make it possible for them to be here illegally , the democrats

It's how they win elections that's why they fight the laws that would require ID to vote

Without the illegals

All these so called close elections would be lost by the democrats

They say oh these are poor people who can't afford ID

Well they need ID to get food stamps and welefare and now obama care

They claim they pay taxes too , well how can they pay taxes if they have no iD?

The democrats are a huge problem for the future success of the United states

If they don't believe in the rule of law

Then let's eliminate it and have a free for all

Then we will see who gets what for free

If they don't stop that demon crat party we will never live with out the threat of these people coming in and out of our country some of whom wish to destroy our way of life

Now shiria law , come on no more loop holes for these illegals

If we got to live within the laws , so do our enemy's

Sure those laws are meant to help people but they unintentionally help our enemy's

Texas Mayor Strikes Back Against Sharia Court That Springs Up In Her Town

Last month we reported that a community of Muslims near Dallas had created their own extra legal sharia court to judge members of their own community. Now the town mayor is striking back against this usurpation of the law.

The Muslim community in Irving, near Dallas had set up their own sharia court to “judge” their members, but Mayor Beth Van Duyne is insisting that this is simply NOT a sanctioned “court.”

In a Facebook post, mayor Van Duyne explained that she and the council are against this sharia court.

Sharia Law Court was NOT approved or enacted by the City of Irving. Recently, there have been rumors suggesting that the City of Irving has somehow condoned, approved or enacted the implementation of a Sharia Law Court in our City. Let me be clear, neither the City of Irving, our elected officials or city staff have anything to do with the decision of the mosque that has been identified as starting a Sharia Court.

As Mayor of the City of Irving, I took an oath to uphold the laws of the State of Texas and the Constitution of the United States. I respect the freedoms guaranteed under the First Amendment and believe that protecting fundamental constitutional rights and ensuring that individual rights are not violated or denied is essential.

Currently, Texas Supreme Court precedent does not allow the application of foreign law that violates public policy, statutory, or federal laws. However, now that this issue has emerged in our community, I am working with our State Representatives on legislation to clarify and strengthen existing prohibitions on the application of foreign law in violation of constitutional or statutory rights.

American citizens need to remember that their rights are guaranteed by the Constitution and I believe no one should subjugate themselves to anything less. While I am working to better understand how this “court” will function and whom will be subject to its decisions, please know if it is determined that there are violations of basic rights occurring, I will not stand idle and will fight with every fiber of my being against this action. Our nation cannot be so overly sensitive in defending other cultures that we stop protecting our own. The American Constitution and our guaranteed rights reigns supreme in our nation and may that ever be the case.

Good on you Mayor Duyne. This outrageous, barbaric, foreign sharia law should not be allowed anywhere in the USA. EVER!

Montana To Pass Historic Anti-Foreign Law Legislation - Will Kill Sharia

It is time to stand up for American rule of law and individual rights for all. And Montana is doing just that. Senate Bill 199, introduced by state Sen. Janna Taylor, R-Dayton, would nullify any "court, arbitration or administrative agency ruling" that relies on any foreign law contrary to rights guaranteed to Montanans by the state or U.S. constitutions.

Taylor's bill is entitled "Primacy of Montana Law," and prohibits the use of foreign laws and customs from being considered in a Montana court of law. This is Montana's version of an anti-Sharia law bill, modeled off similar legislation that has passed in Louisiana, Kansas and Tennessee.

This bill has been introduced to Montana's Senate Judiciary committee and will be voted on today. If you are in Montana, contact your state senator now and urge him or her to vote for this bill.

This should be the proverbial no-brainer. And yet, the fact that such laws are met with so much resistance, both overt and covert, indicates how very needed they are.

How can anyone oppose a law that seeks to prevent foreign laws from undermining fundamental constitutional liberties? We all accept that state and federal constitutional rights to a jury trial in CIVIL cases can be waived almost by default (thus two parties agreeing to be bound by German or French law where there is no jury trial right in a civil matter) would not be affected by the bill, since the jury trial right is per the law waived by default.

But there is no jurisprudence in the federal system and none in any state that would allow a party to waive Equal Protection—that is, could an African American agree to be discriminated against by the state? Absolutely not. So why would we allow a party to "waive" an equal protection claim in court where the state's police power is being used to enforce an offensive foreign law?

We now have groups that have come to this country with a ready-made model of society and government they believe to be superior to what we have here and are working to institute it.

For example, Islamic law contravenes American freedoms in numerous particulars.

We have seen sharia law in New Jersey. Back in July 2010, a Muslim husband raped his wife, and the judge determined that no sexual assault occurred because Islam forbids wives to refuse sex on demand from their husbands. Luckily, the appellate court overturned this decision, and a Sharia ruling by an American court was not allowed to stand—this time. But there have been over a hundred cases of Sharia jurisprudence in the US, and Jeffery Mittman of the ACLU has testified that "all have been overturned by a higher courts, therefore there is no problem since the American constitutional system worked." Of course, this begs the question of why should this have happened in the first place. Secondly, it is simply not true that all cases have been overturned. In fact, there are cases in CAL and MD in which trial courts were overturned by appellate courts, the latter of which turned the blind eye to the threat from shariah.

There are also ongoing initiatives to compel businesses to adopt Sharia norms. In March 2007, Target stores in Minneapolis shifted Muslim cashiers who refused to check out pork products to other jobs in the stores.[1] The J. B. Swift meat packing plant in Greeley, Colorado in September 2008 fired Muslim workers who turned violent and walked off their jobs when denied special break periods to end the Ramadan fast at the appointed time.[2] The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, however, sided with the Muslim workers and forced Swift to reinstate them.[3] Ultimately, Swift added footbaths and bidets to its plant for the Muslim workers.[4] Cab drivers in the Minneapolis airport several years ago tried to stipulate that they wouldn't carry passengers who had alcohol with them – passengers had to conform to Sharia law or not get a cab.

In November 2008, a federal judge ordered Gold'n Plump, Inc., a chicken processing plant, to pay $365,000 to Somali Muslim workers for firing them for walking off the job to pray, and for making new hires sign a form acknowledging that they may have to handle pork on the job.[5] And in February 2010, a group of Muslims in Colorado sued Wal-Mart, claiming that they were fired in order to provide jobs for local non-Muslims, and that they had been denied prayer breaks while on the job.[6] Mind you, it is not necessary for a Muslim to pray at a certain time if necessity makes it impossible to do so. These actions are merely devices in which to impose Islam on non-believers. Prayer is not absolutely required on a strict schedule, and Muslim prayers are commonly "made up" after work or school. This is true even in Muslim countries, i.e., Iran.

The irony is that the ACLU would oppose a law that seeks to prevent foreign laws from undermining fundamental constitutional liberties.

The idea "presented by Muslim Brotherhood groups that 'Sharia Law' is not actually 'law,' but religious traditions that provide guidance to Muslims regarding the exercise of their faith" or that 'Sharia Law' differs depending on the country in which the individual Muslim resides is patently false. For example, in the Oklahoma case against the foreign law prohibition, the plaintiff stated that marrying more than one wife is permissible in Islam but in the United States, where that is illegal, Muslims do not marry more than one wife because Sharia in the United States mandates Muslims to abide by the law of the land and respect the law of their land."

And yet in August 2007, when asked how common polygamy was among Muslims in the United States, unindicted co-conspirator CAIR's Ibrahim Hooper said that a "minority" of Muslims here were polygamous, and added: "Islamic scholars would differ on whether one could do so while living in the United States."[7] He didn't say anything about Muslims in the U.S. being given pause by the fact that the practice remains illegal in the United States. Iman Aly Hindy, has stated this about the relationship between Islamic law and American law: "This is in our religion and nobody can force us to do anything against our religion. If the laws of the country conflict with Islamic law, if one goes against the other, then I am going to follow Islamic law, simple as that."[8]

Apparently many Muslims in America as well as Canada think the same way. A May 2008 estimate found between 50,000 and 100,000 Muslims living in polygamous arrangements in the U.S., in defiance of American law.[9] This shows that we need to stand against Sharia or Muslims will continue to defy American law and instead live according to Shariua dictates.

Legal expert David Yerushalmi, a pioneering legal authority in the drafting of such state laws, points out that "the global jihad leadership against which we have aligned most of our military and intelligence resources since 9/11 informs us in Arabic, Pashtu, Urdu, Persian, and even in English that the global jihad against the West is fundamentally directed and determined by Islamic law, or sharia. The jihad leaders further tell us that their ultimate goal, in addition to that of the 'defensive jihad' incumbent on every Muslim to rid the Islamic world of an occupying infidel presence is the implementation of sharia law as the law of the land in any place Muslims step foot."

"Surveys in the Muslim world consistently evidence that somewhere between 50% to 70% of the global Muslim community desires to create a unified Caliphate for all Muslims and to order that political hegemony according to a strict al Qaeda-like sharia."

http://freedomoutpost.com/2015/02/montana-pass-historic-anti-foreign-law-legislation/

The separation of mosque and state is essential to preserving American freedom and our way of life. Yet the Islamic supremacists have made real inroads. We have seen over the last few years the encroachment of Islam on the secular marketplace. Muslims have demanded, and received, special accommodation in public schools, in the workplace, in our government, and in privately owned businesses.

One only needs to look at the disintegration of Europe and the establishment all over that continent of enclaves in which Sharia is enforced and the law of the land disregarded, to glimpse a bleak future made possible by "good intentions" and the failure of multiculturalism. In those areas of Europe, women and non-Muslims suffer institutionalized discrimination, and there is no freedom of speech or freedom of conscience.
