Parliamentary Finance: early next month launch the grades

 BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - February 11: members revealed in the parliamentary finance committee, said on Wednesday that the grades will be launched early next month if the publication of the budget law in the official newspaper facts ,. 

 

Said committee member   Ahmed meat, Wednesday, "The grades will be launched early next March, and it is currently the responsibility of the Ministry of Finance," pointing out that   "As soon launch the instructions for the functions of ministries will start firing grades."

 

 In its turn, said committee member, Majida al-Tamimi, "The grades will be launched after the publication of the budget law in the Gazette facts are then instruct the Ministry of Finance to create a mechanism and instructions for jobs," noting that   " the budget law to ensure extension table in the case of high oil prices, would solve the issue, and will not need a supplementary budget, "because the price of oil did not reach the number that we put in the budget, estimated at $ 56 per barrel." Admiral ended

Well as far as I'm concerned after they publish it in the Gazette and the HCL is completed there are no more excuses ! Either we are looking at an RV or we are not even close, end of story !

the gist of the article (according to my arabic speaking friend) is that after the budget becomes law, the government (pay)grades will be set.  from there different departments will be able to determine their budgets according to the grades.
