Industry Minister Naseer al-Issawi, said it has been awarded orders regardless of the salaries of the Ministry of companies, while noting that the banks apologize for not the existence of cash has. 

Issawi, said at a press conference at the ministry building on the sidelines of a meeting with company Tila German: "We have to give the exchange orders for the salaries of the employees of our companies through the Special Representative of each company As an entity authorized to do so", adding that "banks apologize to the representative of our companies The carrier's this exchange administrative instruction as they do not have the cash. " 

He added that "an apology of these banks comes due to the current financial crisis taking place in Iraq," adding that "this case is a temporary period."

"

" 

For its part, the Director of the German economy's office in the German embassy Sarah Firas: said that "German companies ready to enter and participation in Iraq after the provision of economic and security appropriate atmosphere, "pointing out that" there are security concerns by those companies, and even at the Embassy of the work in Iraq under these conditions.
