the deletion ,  is  positive ,  <------  I  like  seeing this  !   {  a lot  better  than  ,  the deletion  has  a lot of negatives  :shakehead:  }     it  really  looks like  they know  that if they just  step up  kick off the  zero`s  and make  it   the number  note  ( i.e.  25,ooo  or  10,ooo   too a  25.oo  or  a  10.oo   )   that  it  will  show  negative  results ,      the  sentence  that  says     too alleviate  the  burden  of  the accountants  too transfer  numbers <--------  does  this  not  scream   1  too 1  ratio   on value ?         just  my  in  the  cubical  thinking   :peace:    ..........   now  with that  security  and  stability  ,  I  do  believe  they are  really close on both  ideas ,   the  security  part  ,  if  they  lifted  the  curfew  over  bagdad ,  that  tells  me  they are  getting  a hold of  the situation  on security  ,  and the  stability  is   getting resolved  as  we  speak  !    allll    very   good  things  happening
