The representatives of the Iraqi private sector called for in the (9 August 2014), the legislation supporting the laws of this sector, and stressed the lack of workers in this sector to "experience and their need for training," and while criticizing the way the private industrial sector to deal with projects and places of distribution, called Council of Ministers of the private sector not to fear from entering any investment project to compete with "foreign companies" and improve the cultural level of the workers in it.

The National Business Council announced (December 27, 2014), for presenting a working paper to the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers to support and activate the "private sector" in light of lower oil prices and the financial crisis experienced by the Alarac, and stressed that he aims to be an ally and supporter of the economy Albulad, and as pointed out that the Iraqi economy is suffering "a big blur," It is not a "totalitarian nor free", expressed his willingness to make detailed studies and research for the development of all economic sectors, modernization and advancement.

Waiting the full fifteen days IMO buys them some time to get thier Ducks in a row so they can take it to a whole nother level. State banks issuing master cards is one more sign we are going in the right direction. As far as making a big change to the dinar value, your guess is as good as mine.

Intergovernmental Economic Commission for Refugees private sector has taken a number of decisions and recommendations on banking business in Iraq.

2. Requiring the state departments to accept certified instruments issued by private banks and its receiving payments of taxes and government fees and restricted accounts stakeholders.

 

3.asamah depositing the salaries of employees and retirees in private banks to be controls the coordination between the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Iraq and the Association of private banks in order to achieve guarantee depositors' rights mechanisms mode.

 

4. launch amounts of appropriations according to the contexts in force in the world and not suspended when Aotakherha support receipt.

 

5. demand from the central bank and the banks and government study the possibility of lending to private banks to finance small projects exclusively.

 

6. the Trade Bank of Iraq to open credit lines with private banks under the supervision of the Central Bank of Iraq.

 

7. activating the role of the financial court, as provided by the Banking Act and not to resort to other courts.

 

8. demand from the central bank to study the possibility to take advantage of the legal reserve for private banks to grant investment loans from the reserve and under the supervision of the Central Bank of Iraq.

BAGHDAD - ((eighth day)) A commission of economy and investment in the House of Representatives, Sunday, that the next week will hold a major economic conference to discuss the economic reality and ways of enhancing it.   The Vice-Chairman of the Committee Harith Al-Harthy said "an important economic conference will be held on the fifth of this month in the presence of senior figures, economic, legal, and investors and businessmen and university professors, experts and world-class economists," pointing out that "the conference will address the discussion of all the obstacles that stand in the Iraqi investment, in addition to a comprehensive plan for Iraq's economy in the coming years. "   Harthy said that "there are many projects earmarked budgets for the development of the private sector as well as factories for agricultural projects that will be activated and sustain, in addition to the development of the tourism sector."   It is said that the Iraqi government has confirmed its intention to move towards investment and development of the private sector in order to cope with the financial crisis and the state of austerity.
