We don't know what we are waiting for. What we know is that there is an ingredient that will bring this on, and no one knows for sure what it is. So, everything they accomplish is good news. It's just a waiting game. There is the need for HCL, Amnesty, and Security. That we know.

Getting off topic but, what happened to jeepguy too?  I took a mild break in the Fall season last year, but came back just a few weeks ago (I'm not that cool to notice), when the budget news started getting hot.
