House of Representatives vote on the federal budget for 2015   January 29, 2015

 

Majlis deputies voted ninth minutes of the second legislative term legislative Psonth the first held under the chairmanship of Dr. Salim al- President of the Council and in the presence of 259 deputies on Thursday, 01/29/2015, the draft federal budget law for 2015. 
At the beginning of the meeting President al-Jubouri, stressed the importance of approving the budget, after a long wait for the Iraqi people have and the consequent delay of significant damage, pointing to House keen on approving the budget, praising the role ofFinance Committee to overcome the problems that have occurred in the vote on the budget after that contributed to the intensive meetings between the parliamentary blocs andFinance Committee accomplished. 
Then the Council voted on the budget of the House of Representatives for the financial year 2015, amounting to 424 000 000 000 and 825 482 000 dinars. 
The Council also voted to balance the Supreme Judicial Council for the financial year 2015, amounting to 411 000 000 000 and 837 534 000 dinars, while the voice of balancing the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights for the financial year 2015, amounting to 20 billion and 600 million dinars. 
and completed the Council vote on the draft federal budget law for 2015 and providedFinance Committee . 
The estimated federal budget for fiscal year 2015 in the amount of revenue (94,048,364,139) thousand dinars which is calculated by the revenues derived from the export of crude oil on the basis of the average price of 56 dollars per barrel and the rate of export of (3300000) barrels per day, including (250,000) barrel Daily oil product quantities in the Kurdistan region and (300,000) barrels of crude oil volumes through the province of Kirkuk. 
The allocated budget amount of $ 119 585 322 783 thousand dinars for the expenses of the fiscal year 2015 with the planned deficit of the budget 25,401,235,783 thousand dinars and cover the deficit of the internal and external borrowing and exaggerated criticism retained in the Ministry of Finance account. 
For his part, President al-Jubouri congratulated on behalf of the Presidency and the ladies and gentlemen of the Iraqi people of Representatives on the occasion of the adoption of the budget for fiscal 2015, pointing out that the adoption of the budget has been over one month for the first time since 2003 ( the general budget of the Federal Republic of Iraq for fiscal year 2015 ) 
then decided to adjourn the meeting the Presidency.
