I'm sorry, but there's just no frickin' way Abadi, Jaafari, and Hakim would have any reason to give Maliki amnesty.  His tentacles of power are being eliminated every day, and they totally have the goods on him.  The absolutely best thing for national reconciliation is to see Maliki living up to my nickname for him...The Dangler!

He's trying to undermine Abadi, and Hakim was one of the ones who helped get maliki in some sort of check.  It's all temporary for maliki.  JMHO   The citizens want justice from all the innocent blood shed from maliki's rule.
