so, thursday or saturday,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,instead of kicking the can  20 yards down the field, we are now the witness of the can being kicked in inches.......as some believe the budget needs a monetary adjustment in regards to the value of the dinar, and cannot go first without some type of (MR)............I'M now on the fence with that line of thinking.
