MP for the Liberal bloc Abdul Hadi goodness of God, on Tuesday, that the Parliament is ready to approve the budget bill in the next session, while pointing to the existence of a political consensus to pass next week. The goodness of God that "the House of Representatives completed the second reading of the budget bill in the session on Monday," asserting that "Parliament is ready to approve the budget in the next session." The goodness of God, that "the parliamentary Finance Committee is currently working on the preparation of the general budget of the formula finally processed to pass in the next session," stressing "the existence of a political consensus between the blocks for the adoption of the budget in the next week." The President of the Republic Fuad Masum and Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, earlier Tuesday (January 13, 2015), the need for coordination regarding the legislation of laws, while stressing the importance of expediting the passage and ratification by the general budget to address the economic problems. The House of Representatives ended on Monday (January 12, 2015), the second reading and discussion of the budget law.

Cracks me up their headlines.  Iraq is "ready" to . . .               They are always ready, but the state of law is on a different path.   We just wait to see if they pass a budget by jan 31.  That would be an accomplishment.    No particular reason for jan 31 except it's the end of the month.  When they say ready, that doesn't always mean ready like Americans mean ready.  We mean ready, like yesterday.  They mean ready like, next year.
