This link needs translating but here is an excerpt:

"After the presidency of the Council decided to adjourn the meeting to next Tuesday 01/20/2015 11:00 pm." I've read and been told here at DV that they read it Twice then wait 4 days and vote.

Ok so once they vote, what type of majority vote do they need for it to pass? Do they just have to have one more yes vote than no votes? 2/3 majority?

More than 150 deputies provide comments on 2015 budget

Confirmed MP Ashwaq dry Kurdistan Alliance said more than 150 deputies came through yesterday's regular comments on the 2015 budget.

Dry said in a statement to Radio tow the Kurds demanded that the House of Representatives to redraft the clause so that compulsory savings for upholding salaries of low-income and limited to those with special grades and staff who are paid more than a million and a half million dinars salaries.

Dry and added that the Kurds of Representatives also demanded the abolition of paragraph taxation of the Iraqi citizen of the budget.
