What’s with all the good news (for some) today?

Maybe there is some hope for America yet.

 

A quick glance of today’s’ headlines over at Matt Drudge’s website was quite an eye-opener:

 

  1. Harry Reid has an “accident” and breaks his face (and ribs).
  2. Mario Cuomo dies.
  3. Bono says we may never have to listen to him play guitar again.
  4. 60% of Republicans want Boehner out as Speaker.
  5. Gas prices lower for 99 days straight.

 

Sure, there’s still a lot of doom & gloom out there, but at least there are a few rays of sunshine poking through the clouds this new year.
