Without a deficit !    What country has that?  Rare, few, and far between.  Great article Yota.  I bet Iraq could make it if oil was $10 a gallon without a deficit.  The wealth is not the oil, it's full of wealth.  Too bad maliki didn't allow it to develop.   Their on their way.  But just like the rv of the dinar, and all other newly founded wealth, we have but a short time to bless folks with this blessing.

Baghdad (AIN) –The Council of Ministers approved the Budget law of 2015.

A source within the CoM stated to AIN "The CoM approved the 2015 Budget Law and transferred it to the parliament to endorse it." /End/

Alsumaria News / Baghdad
Revealed a source close to the Office of the Speaker of Parliament Saleem al-Jubouri, on Tuesday, the latter called for an urgent special meeting of the Council of Representatives held next Thursday to discuss the draft 2015 budget.

The source said in an interview for "Alsumaria News" that "Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri called for an urgent special meeting of the Council of Representatives held in the eleventh hour of the next Thursday."

The source, who asked not to be named, said: "The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the draft budget law for fiscal 2015 and approved on the spot."

 

The Council of Ministers approved, earlier Tuesday, the draft federal budget law for 2015 and forwarded to the House of Representatives after the formation of a committee headed by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and membership deputy Bahaa al-Araji, finance ministers and planning, higher education, scientific research and transportation, to review and re-formulations of some materials Legally.

Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari predicted that up for next year's budget deficit to the public 23 trillion dinars, noting that the budget for fiscal year 2015 value of 123 trillion dinars, or the equivalent of $ 103 billion.

Zebari said in a press statement I followed for News Agency (et) today, said that "the Cabinet approved the draft budget for 2015 worth 123 trillion dinars, or $ 103 billion."

He predicted that up the budget deficit for the next year to 23 trillion dinars.

And that the budget will be presented to Parliament soon after that seizes formulated a committee comprising Zebari led by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and expected that the Committee will meet on Wednesday, and then refer the draft budget to Parliament after that.

 

The Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided Tuesday to hold a special session on Thursday; to discuss the general budget of the country.
