Love, love, love this!!!!  Thank you K98nights.

Maybe the Kuwait way of doing business, including no political strife or terrorism will rub off on Abadi.  I am hoping the great nation of Iraq will become what it could be. First,  get along with your neighbors, who have given an extension of the debt you could not pay, due to ISIS, dropping oil prices and politics. Thank you Kuwait for being so generous to Iraq, allowing them to get their feet on the ground with this new government.
