MotherEarth
Considering I cannot for the life of me back up our boat trailer so I have to depend on my husband to go on the lake but with this I could go anytime I wanted, way cool. Sign me up.

RodandStaff
Sandfly Moose...that boat would be perfect if you wanted to portage between two lakes, live close to the water and don't want to deal with a boat trailer...or if there was no slip space available at the local Marina! So many possibilities, so much versatility...way cool!!! Sandfly to you as well PD41...that's an interesting craft also... I can see that would have some great applications....but I'm not so sure I would feel comfortable taking that on a larger lake with lots of open water. I do see that being great for large ponds or very small lakes, or quiet river backwaters. I noticed two things about the video....first...no one wore a life jacket...where I live it's required....and with no walls to catch you if you lose your balance I think that's a must with that craft. The other thing it didn't show was how the craft handled larger waves, and I have a feeling you would get "quite a ride" in that event. Overall, imo...that would be an awesome boat for reaching those hard to get at spots or if you didn't have a spot to launch a conventional boat! Heyall...post RV...I'll get em both!!! ;o) Edited December 8, 2014 by RodandStaff
