I think a lot of us can use his example  he appreciates the effort of all contributors and yes.. that little "thanks" that has been made fun of, has made the contributors feel good at least someone notice that and give "thanks" and also that little thanks makes the contributors going to do what they do to continually bring us the news so we are informed  

 

And... I am also guilty not always say "thanks" to the contributors of news in this site.  For that, thank you all and hats off for all your dedications to bring news to us even when you know you can get your behind chewed up, especially with the rumors.
