That's how I am understanding it also. Cut the time off and let's keep working so we can finish the monetary reform!

Millionday: The Director of the Office of the Prime Minister Mahdi Keywords, Center Brief, that the economic reform plan to the government, will emerge during the next two months.

He Alak's (IMN) , that "the Council of Ministers pointed to the IMF's existence contraction in the Iraqi economy , and the country is facing situations of abnormal, 

not surprising that T. faced a state of deflation . " pointing out that "there are economic policies that can cope with situations Deflation, as happens in many countries of the world."

This could be a reason why they are cancelling vacation to get this monetary reform done on time.. we can only hope they achieve it.

If by monetary reform you mean them pressing some buttons arbitrarily in hopes that no one will notice they're no doing real work, then I can see that being the case.

And if by vacation you means taking extra time away from work instead of realizing there's a serious need to get real work done, then I can see that as well.
