10-19-2014  Newshound Guru Breitling    Everyone is stuck on the ISIS…what people don't realize is that it was triggered by Sunni and Shia groups…they hate each other.  It's a civil war…it's not in Iraq it's in the middle east.  It's very simple.  If we understand this it's not ISIS but a Shia vs. Sunni problem.  It's not going to go away…anytime soon.  So where does that leave us?…Can they grow their economy under this situation at a fast pace like they were doing before?  Can they increase their currency?  Absolutely.  Can they get it to the $3 rate…with just oil production?  They already did before Saddam Hussein started messing around…so those are yes answers.

10-20-2014   Intel/Newshound Guru Tlar   Rate 1 to 1.  When?  This week.  The stock markets will be testing by the 23rd.  Active the 26th.  Abadi asked the IMF last Saturday for a couple of days otherwise it would have gone last night.  Thursday is likely day.  He has his reasons and they are legit.  2015 budget to be opened when done.   Will be another rate increase in it agreed to by Iraq.  US is responsible for low rate to start.   IF I AM WRONG THIS IS MY LAST POST.

Thanks DT....He predicted Thursday or this's his last post...Today's Monday and if it doesn't happen Thursday....This indicates we will never hear from him again....The ISX requested to be completely till the 28th...That's the next big window if I'm correct....

Breitling certainly couldn't be accused of understanding the conflict with ISIS... Wonder if it would blow out his little world to find out that they kill Sunni, Shia and Christian without any prejudice against one over the other?

Tlar has promised the RV like a million times.... hasn't he also promised to go away a million times..... ITs one thing to be wrong about the RV... but its kind of sad to be wrong about when you are actually going to really leave as well... okay fine, I do find him entertaining..... and a great cheer leader even if he does pretend to know stuff he doesn't.... .

What I don't understand is how is our government involved in keeping the rate low? I remember reading from Adam that the US has no involvement with the BOI and that the UN may be leaning on them lately to hurry and get this done. Any thoughts?

With the ISX going active soon I can't help but to feel like the new rate has to be coming out very soon. Just seems to make sense. With all that is happening I'm getting more optimistic than in the past.
