If new currency is printed will the note we hold be worthless?

our notes will be fine, read it again.. says "REprint" The U.S does this all the time as many countries do.

We print new note all the time here in the U S and it stays the same. they have been saying to print new notes for years because of the note they use now are torn and in bay shape.

yes precisely. Happens when currency has been torn and wore over the years and managed by different exchanging of hands.  A reprint of the same currency and bring out new lower denom notes is what Iraq will do imho.

While I agree with your premise that our notes will be fine, I would have to disagree with your "reprint" statement. I have a couple of notes...None of mine has Kurdish language, and if any of you have one with it, I'd love to see a pic of that note.

They can "reprint" adding the Kurdish language and still honor what is already in the marketplace....Not change the currency or even redesign it.  Keep the actual design the same but add the Kurdish language... Simple
