She said Husseini's ( IMN ) that "Iraq now need to activate the practical strategic framework agreement, in order that puts the United States in front of liability contained in that agreement by working on arming the Iraqi army and the support of his troops logistically and help him with the intelligence in dismantling gangs Daash terrorist and hit the headwaters of strength and funding. " She added that "the implementation of the agreement and demand Washington to work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, is a must, because Iraq now need training and armament in the military field, as well as to benefit from the experiences of the United States in the fight against terrorism." Iraq has signed and the United States in November 2008 Convention on the long-term aim to support institutional work of Iraq by the United States and strengthen the participants between the two countries after Iraq's request from Washington to withdraw its troops from its territory. baymd Posted October 9, 2014 Report Share Posted October 9, 2014 We still need an amendment to the Bush agreement that left out immunity for our troops on the ground for their actions. How could that have been overlooked? We could have been in a much better place if the "professionals" in the Bush administration had only done their job.
