Why Could They Hide Things?

In 2012 & 2013 The GOI Was Able To Use The USD.

Why Did The Old GOI Not Pass The Budget For 2014?

Because In 2014 The GOI Can Only Use The IQD Settle Its Accounts.

For almost 3 months now? WTH Frank this will be the first time that you now side with Adam on the HCL. Your so full of it. You have pitched an RV every week for two years that it was tied to something else.

With all the talk about trying to resolve the HCL as of late and an article that came out today saying Abadi approves the Kurds of selling their oil makes me think that the HCL is very close.

When I first heard Frankie Frankie some 4 years ago, it was the price of oil. When the price of oil spikes 3 times, we are there.....oh well. Hopefully this time we will be there! Go RV !!!

Ahhhhh thats so cute... Years later Frankie finally gets to where Adam has been all along, steadfast and then pretends like he   invented this lynch pin all on his own, hoping no one will notice how late he came to the party.... Adam called this one from jump street years ago....

Iraq has been selling it's oil for 10+ years now without the "HCL" what ever that is supposed to be .. When they finally agree on an "HCL" , NOTHING will change. What is needed is for Iraq's oil revenue to increase faster than they can spend it. Looking at the wish list being built for the 2015 budget --NOT gonna happen that year.
