ewingm
Caz, you keep misrepresenting my point. I have never said the dinar was a scam. I have never said that exchanging dinar for dollars at any bank was a scam. What I've said, and the Feds said, and the States said, and the BBB have said, is the HYPE of the millionaire-making 100,000% RV of the dinar is the SCAM. People bought the dinar by the trillions, to get RICH. For once, I would appreciate a little honesty on your part. You know this is true, but you talk all around it trying to deflect the truth of the dinar craze. Nobody purchased dinar for speculation purposes before the idea of a big RV circulated around the world by internet. That was and still is, the big scam. The dinar was supposed to RV in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. It has simply remained at the 1166 to 1 exchange rate for years, and probably will continue at that rate for quite awhile to come. The scam was and still is the RV hype. Period. caz1104
. Quit tryin to scare folks, owning/buying dinar is NOT a "scam".............taking advantage of folks vulnerability (including LOPsters) IS. The "HYPE" surrounding many products & services can fall into the "scam" category. The worst imo that effects millions & millions of folks is our gov and services provided by said..........................are you on any gov forums preachin this? You seem to be the "savoir" type I would be surprised if the answer was no. But "HYPE" can be used at nausea..............."SHAMWOW", "Chia Pet", "Chevy Vega" or "Ford Pinto", "Digiorno Pizza", etc.......................just a sample of products that's claims can be disputed............. If one feels they've been "scammed" then sell and move on or sue somebody. But to continuously complain about it is comical at best. ewingm
If they could sell and move on easily, many probably would. But there is a unique hold on the followers of this event. It becomes almost impossible to give up the RV dream, so they do nothing. And probably won't do anything until it is far too late to recover. Now if you're right, then all your followers will be rich beyond their wildest dreams......but if you're wrong.......then you have been part of the perpetuation of the scam. It might not hurt YOU financially if the dinar RD's instead of the fabled RV, but it will hurt grievously many thousands who over stretched themselves fiscally buying dinars and then continuously saturated themselves in the rumors and outright lies of the gurus. Think about it.
Shabibilicious
Never buy more than you can afford........I've heard this somewhere before. And ewingm, just because we choose to stay in an investment has nothing to do with perpetuating a so called myth for others. We are all grownups here....able to make our own decisions. And you don't seem to be comfortable with this concept. I've never told anybody of my Dinar investment, except those on this site and my wife. It's nobody's business but mine. I'm not Uncle Roman with a "can't lose money maker, but you must make your decision today." GO RV, and NO BV
caz1104
It's called "personal responsibility" and sometimes it sucks. If I make a bad or stupid financial decision................ITS MY FAULT! Not a "guru"/"pumper" or my banker, or my neighbor, or my pastor.....................end of the day I'm responsible for MY ACTIONS. NO ONE HOLDS A GUN TO MY HEAD. I wish the "whiners/complainers & blame it on anyone but myself" gang could understand this most simple life lesson. The Gov loves folks like this and it's becoming more of the norm in today's society......................lord help us all. I bought a piece of crap car once years ago..........................I got rid of it. Edited September 24, 2014 by caz1104
ewingm
You are making a flawed assumption. You are stating that we are all adults here, capable of making our own decisions, but that unfortunately is simply not the case. We may all be adults in the definition of being over 18 years of age, but there is a vast difference in the general adult population's ability to decipher information correctly. Or make healthy decisions for themselves, such as obesity, illegal use of drugs, alcohol or tobacco. HAlf the population is under constant danger of being manipulated by con artists and scammers just because they are not able to sort out the lies. Some adults walk in and pay the sticker price on a new car. More than you can imagine. So its not good enough just to wash your hands of responsibility, by saying we're all adults here. When we start calling evil "good", we've lost the fight. Stand up for the ones who can't fight for themselves. Being over 21 has nothing to do with it. caz1104
oh yes lets put blame on others...................its so much easier than to look at ones self. "Half" the population? where do you come up with these figures? LOL "flawed assumption" couldn't that also be said of your statements...............................it all falls back to ones opinion. Yours that its others fault and others responsibility...........................Mine is personal fault & responsibility. I choose to pursue my own path based on my own decisions good or bad and live with the consequences..................your view, the opposite. ewingm
That's just one more example of your flawed assumptions. You come here(DV) to argue & degrade those that have differing opinions..................all under the guise of protecting someone that's NOT even a member here? BS.............................You can go anywhere on the net to find the info you so crave to ummmmmmmmmm protect a family, that oh by the way doesn't want your protection...............you are soooooooo full of yourself its crazy. Remember when creating a storyline....................it has to 1)make sense & 2)be plausible, you have neither. You could leave at any time...............so please don't use that tired story, and you call others dellsional-LOL. ewingm
Caz, just because my people own dinars doesn't mean they have to be DV members. I wish they were. They get their "lies" from other, more one-sided forums. I think we all know who they are. As I've said, their guru god was that idiot TNT. Probably still is. Every week is the RV with them. After all these years, I can't believe they can still keep up the excitement, but they do. It is ridiculous. And to Shabs, I'm not sure what the reference to God was all about. Just because I don't want to see people get scammed doesn't make me "holier than thou". It means I despise manipulators of the weak. What is a greater concern to me is why both you and Caz have so little sympathy for others. Let them get screwed over....heck...they're all adults, right?
caz1104
I think you missed the point.....................we are talking about you. YOU spend countless hours here under the guise of obtaining info & protecting "family". ewingm
I've been wrong many times in my life. Sometimes I've even admitted that! But I'm not wrong about the dinar scam, and six long years sitting at 1166 to 1 has proved me right. I've also watched the M2 of iraq climb during those six years dramatically, hyperinflating their already worthless currency. Your enemy is the 88 TRILLION dinars in M2, not me. Now if you choose to just blow off those numbers as misleading or even fraudulent, then your argument is with the CBI's fiscal reports to the world, not with me. But either way, there will never be a magical RV of the dinar. That is a myth and a lie. If you continue to believe it, you are not paying attention to the factual reality of iraq. You are clinging to a dream.
caz1104
You say your sole purpose is to "protect your family"..................then why argue with us? We are not your family and have not asked for your protection. You are not helping your "family" one iota here....................because they don't visit and are not members here.
ewingm
I debate with you because you represent the "classic" dinar holder. You scoff at people who think it will RV big, you state you're only in it for the long haul, you dispute any factual CBI numbers that don't fit your theory, you laugh at anyone who spent more than they could afford, BUT, you still hold dinar with the small inner voice saying "it will RV, it will RV", banging around in your head. You just can't let it go. That's what makes this scam so obtuse. It just doesn't make sense to any logical financial advisor, in fact the dinar, as an investment, is viewed as a joke, by people who know.

caz1104
The only people I "scoff" at, are those who bad mouth those with differing opinions. ewingm
Anytime we allow ourselves to become closed to other opinions, beliefs, and information, we are in danger of stagnation. To claim "I will never sell my dinars no matter what", presents an obtuse, stubborn, oppositional attitude which essentially seals your fate to any chance of fiscal recovery if the situation in iraq spirals downward. Always keep your options open and a clear eye to the real situation, not just the hype. For that therapy session, Caz, you will receive my bill in the mail. I expect you to welch on the payment, but I can always take bread as payment. 1
caz1104
To claim "I will stay to protect my family" shows the exact same stance you spew about others.................I'd send you a bill but you'd expect others to pay.
ewingm
I have to laugh about the way the gurus are trying to spin the "delete the zeros" article in Dinar News upstairs. Their ctually telling dinarians that that means they will remove the three zero bills without altering the other existing currency, therefore increasing the value. What complete nincompoop could possibly believe that impossible scenario? How about you, Caz. Do you believe that's what the article is saying?
