Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research: Hussein Alchehrtani - National Alliance.

I can't be sure, but I see Maliki's nomination to the post of VP as an appeasement to the SLC.  Remember, to hold to custom, we need a VP who is Sunni and one who is Shia.  These names will be presented in parliament on Saturday and they will vote.

As long as Maliki is a govt official HE MAINTAINS IMMUNITY FROM ANY PROSECUTION OR CHARGES relating to his evil, corruption, and criminal misconduct.

 

Personally, I think it is a bad idea to have him around for any reason........if Maliki does indeed get the vote validating this article it will be another step back for the Iraqis.
