Foreign minister said American John Kerry, on Monday, said that the formation of an Iraqi government that is crucial to the achievement of stability and urged Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki not to inflame political tensions and unrest, as he put it.

Kerry said in a press statement in Sydney prior to the annual ministerial consultations between the United States and Australia that "the process of forming a government task with regard to the achievement of stability and calm in Iraq, and our hope is not to raise Mr. Maliki unrest.

He said Kerry "One thing all Iraqis need to know is that there will be little international support of any kind for anything that deviates from the process list and legitimate constitution is being worked on now."

Tomorrow's Press / Baghdad: The Minister of State, John Kerry, on Monday, that the formation of an Iraqi government is crucial to achieving stability, urging Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki not to inflame political tensions.

Said Kerry told reporters in Sydney before the annual ministerial consultations between the United States and Australia that "the process of forming a government task with regard to achieving stability and tranquility in Iraq, and our hope is not to raise Mr. Maliki unrest."

"The one thing all Iraqis need to know is that there will be little international support of any kind for anything that deviates from the process list and legitimate constitution is being worked on now."

Kerry urged Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki, on "Do not fueling political tensions in the country."

It seems that the Federal Court decision released today has bothered when the United States ruled in favor of al-Maliki and his bloc considered that a coalition of state law, which is the largest bloc should the president be charged with forming a government.

As Deputy State Department spokesman has confirmed Marie Harff support the United States   , Iraqi President Fuad Masum, describing infallible "to ensuring the Constitution."

She said that the process of choosing a prime minister adopted on the basis of "national consensus" and in the process rejected any "manipulation by the Constitution or the judiciary," al-Maliki carried "ignite the security crisis."

She said Harff said in a statement today that "Washington confirms its support for the process of choosing a prime minister can represent the aspirations of the Iraqi people through the building of a national consensus and governance in a comprehensive manner and corroborated Iraqi President Fuad Masum, being the guarantor of the Constitution," rejecting "any attempt to achieve results under duress or manipulate the constitutional process or judicial ".

She added that "Washington blames al-Maliki being sparked security crisis in Iraq."

Maliki insists on taking office for a third term despite the rejection of Sunni and Kurdish parties and the main Shiite National Alliance.

WOW! This world is F'd up! The US basically put Maliki in power and now we are telling him not to create unrest? There has been nothing but unrest since he took power. Wake up world.

HELLO!!!! but, that's how they play the game... We KNOW that pretty much all that Maliki has done is cause unrest his whole two terms (and the U.S. has done nothing about it) so, kind of funny that now they are saying this PUBLICALLY (meaning that they could have told him or warned him about this a long time ago behind closed doors)...

 

It seems that causing unrest is EXACTLY what Maliki was put in power to do.
