Obama said in a press conference that we 'we put military assets and we have increased our resources of intelligence and will be prepared to take military action careful when we decide that the situation on the ground requires', stressing that he will 'consult with Congress and leaders in Iraq about it.' Obama said that 'the United States is prepared to set up support centers for the Iraqi forces north and south of Iraq 'He expressed his willingness' to send a small number up to 300 military advisers to assess how they can train and advise the security forces'. stressed Obama said, 'will not go back to a combat role in Iraq, but we will help Iraqis facing terrorism', pointing out that his country 'will be a diplomatic effort with Iraq and the countries of the region and the Minister of Foreign Affairs John Kerry will leave for the Middle East to consult with our allies'.
